Founder
Joey is an accomplished entertainment and corporate attorney with a robust experience in contract, intellectual property, and commercial law. He has negotiated and closed thousands of high-value agreements spanning licensing, sponsorships, endorsements, production, and brand collaborations, often in complex, multi-party settings. Joey is known for crafting airtight deal structures, mitigating risk, and protecting client rights while enabling commercially favorable outcomes. With a focus on the entertainment, media, and consumer-brand sectors, Joey often serves as outside business counsel on complex commercial transactions, acquisitions, and more general corporate legal matters.

Mark Roesler, Esq.

Mark is a pioneer in intellectual property law and widely recognized as a leading authority on post-mortem publicity rights, now in his fifth decade of practice. As founder and CEO of Roesler Law, he has represented more than 300 iconic personalities—including James Dean, Jackie Robinson, Ella Fitzgerald, and Malcolm X—securing and enforcing image and licensing rights worldwide. He has led landmark legal victories, including cases against Warner Bros. and Major League Baseball, and was instrumental in drafting Indiana’s Right of Publicity Statute, one of the strongest in the United States. Mark has also served as an expert witness in high-profile matters such as the O.J. Simpson civil trial and continues to shape the evolving legal landscape of celebrity IP in the digital era.
