Our Practice Areas

Our attorneys have robust experience with a wide array of complex commercial transactions, and we welcome the opportunity to learn more about your next project.

Intellectual Property

Comprehensive protection and monetization of intellectual assets, including the registration, maintenance, licensing, and enforcement of: Trademarks, Copyrights, and the Rights of Publicity. We advise clients ranging from global brands to individual creators, ensuring their creative and commercial identities remain secure and strategically positioned.

Entertainment

We represent celebrities, talent, athletes, public figures, estates, and brands- developing, protecting, and monetizing IP and personal services through strategic deals from screen to shelf. Our team negotiates talent agreements, brand integration, production deals, content licenses, and life-rights options, structuring rights and revenues to maximize upside while managing risk.

Corporate & Business

We advise founders and operating companies on P&L-driving moves-formation, governance, capital structure, M&A, and contracts. Our focus is practical risk allocation and clean paper: agreements that prevent deadlock, withstand diligence, and secure IP. We craft defensible structures and negotiate deals that protect cash flow and enable growth, financing, or exit.

Anti-Cybersquatting Litigation

We stop cybersquatters before they profit from your name or brand. By leveraging legal and administrative actions, we secure domains—often for less than 5% of demanded prices. We provide defensive registrations, strategic monitoring, and portfolio management, recovering thousands of stolen domains to keep your brand protected in the digital marketplace.
